Lauren Slays Hair offers luxury hair services, custom color, extensions, and transformational styling with a focus on precision, artistry, and long-term hair integrity. Every appointment is intentionally scheduled and prepared in advance to ensure exceptional results.
The following policies protect both the client experience and the quality of work delivered.
Appointment Booking & Retainers

All new guests must book online with a credit card on file

New client services projected over $500 require a non-refundable 20% retainer

Retainers are applied toward the final service balance

Appointment times are reserved exclusively for the scheduled guest

Appointments are not confirmed without a retainer or credit card on file
Credit cards are charged only in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
Cancellations, Late Arrivals & No-Shows

48+ hours’ notice → no penalty

Less than 48 hours’ notice → retainer forfeited or charge applied

No-shows → up to 50% of the scheduled service total
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the appointment.
Appointment Etiquette
To maintain a professional, focused environment:

Payments, Redos & Refunds
Accepted Payments: Cash and card
Redo Policy:

Adjustments permitted within two weeks

One complimentary redo per service

Color results guaranteed only when recommended products are used

Extensions guaranteed for 8 weeks only when professional care guidelines are followed
Refunds:
No refunds on completed services. Products may be exchanged or credited.

Transformational services — including hair extensions, major color changes, blonding, and color corrections — are advanced, custom services requiring extensive consultation, preparation, and execution.

Lauren Slays Hair reserves the right to modify, refuse, or reschedule services if hair integrity, unrealistic expectations, or undisclosed history compromises the final result.
Booking a luxury service indicates acknowledgment that transformational results may require multiple sessions to achieve safely and professionally.
Media & Privacy Notice
Lauren Slays Hair may capture photo or video content during appointments for social media, website, marketing, or advertising purposes. Media may include before-and-after imagery, process footage, or finished results.
Client privacy is always respected.
If a guest prefers no media to be taken, this must be communicated at the start of the appointment, and privacy will be fully observed.
